About this card
Gerðr is a giantess whom Freyr saw and fell in love with. To win her, Freyr gave his magic sword (the one that fights by itself) to a dwarf as a gift, and as a result he is unarmed when Surt attacks at Ragnarök, and is slain [S2]. Gerðr is the cause of Freyr's fatal loss [S2].
